Constructed from lightweight aluminum and fitted
with A-type air bearings. Used in series of four or more, these durable load moving air
casters are capable of lifting and moving heavy loads up to 100 tons.
Constructed from tough and rugged steel, fitted with
A-type air bearings, round steel air caster are a popular choice when air casters need to
be fitted permanently - perhaps for heavy machinery moving that takes place frequently.
The ideal solution when you need either a very low
profile air caster or an air caster with higher lift than the traditional A-type air bearings,
or both. The thickness of the load module and air bearing combined is approximately 1¼"
for the most popular air bearing sizes of 12" & 15".
These VL-type stainless steel
air casters are ideal for use in clean room situations. They have a much lower capacity than
their counterparts, and because of this they are often the best selection
when moving delicate medical equipment and machinery. With a very low profile, they can
slide underneath machines that have suffiicent ground clearance. Designed to carry
weights from around 1500 pounds to 3500 pounds.
Air pallets are most suitable for warehouse
and factory work. They can whisk your loads from the loading dock to the factory or warehouse
floor in no time at all. Constructed from stong, lightweight aluminum, air pallets are
fitted with rear control handle which offers ease of operator use, and adjustment
controls are kept at the operator's fingertips.
Aluminum air transporters are flat, low-profile
structures powered by either A-type or B-type air bearings. Low-profile means that the
transporters can often slide right underneath a machine that requires moving. They can also
have their loads placed directly onto them via forklift, gantry or overhead crane. Air flow
controls are located on a manifold at the rear of the transporter. Using standard A-type air
bearings, transporters can lift and move loads up to 12 tons with ease. B-type air bearings
are used if the transporter is required to lift a load away from its base before moving it
